现任行政管理系专任教师、助教，兼任安邦智库信息数据中心研究员。主要研究领域为区域经济、战略咨询与数字劳动。近年来，积极参与多项智库调研与田野调查，研究成果多次获得上级领导批示。学术研究方面，多次参加会议并发表论文，涵盖新媒体、老年健康、教育语言、社会网络重建等；工作论文聚焦区域发展、县域经济与城市治理与人工智能应用，提出多项具有政策参考价值的内参建议。
